Rejaa Real Estate Company Limited is a real estate company situated in Dar es Salaam,
Tanzania. Found and established by Revocatus Charles Ndyeikiza and Jacqueline
Patrick Basimaki both real estate experts for over 10 years’ active experience
in the real estate industry. The company was incorporated 30th January 2020. The
company was formed to develop well designed, competitively priced real estate in
Tanzania.
Over the past two years we have been consistent in our objective of contributing to
the growth and development of Tanzania’s economy as well as improving the economy
of individuals and corporate clients through investment in real estate.

a large, well balanced portfolio comprised of residential, commercial and mixed use
of properties. Its renowned for its impressive development of residential properties
